Shipping Policy

We provide All India Free shipping.  We ship 98% of our orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. Before shipping, we first do a full 54-point quality check of your product (again) and send you your GST Invoice and tracking id on your email and Whatsapp.  You will then start receiving delivery notifications on email and sms from the Courier.  We use Blue Dart Air wherever possible.  

Please note:

  • Our courier partners don’t allow Open Delivery.
  • Our white plastic package does not have Retronics branding.  Don’t accept the package if the plastic bag appears tampered.  Instead take photos of the tampered bag and call us immediately while the courier is present.
  • If you have bought a product where the Original Box and Accessories are not there, the package will be light in weight. Please don’t reject such a package because of light weight.
  • Please take a clear, uninterrupted video 3-4 minutes long when opening your package.  Show the outer white plastic bag clearly in the video from all sides before opening the plastic bag.  In case you receive a damaged, missing or not-as-described product, please call us and share the unboxing video on Whatsapp on our Customer Support number within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Warranty Policy

Every product passes through a 54-point strict quality check before it’s listed on the website.  Moreover, the product is check again thoroughly before it’s shipped to the customer.  In addition, we offer a 7-days checking warranty.  

In the rare case you receive a damaged, not-as-described or defective product, please call us and Whatsapp us the details including any photos and video on our Customer Support number .  We will arrange a pickup at our cost, repair or replace the product and ship it back.  In case replacement is also not possible, we will refund.  Once we refund, it takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank.  But to process your claim for a damaged or defective product, we require that you take a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package.

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the sale of the product assuming the product, box and accessories are in the same condition as it was sent.  

If the return is for no-fault of Retronics (you find the screen size too big, you don’t like the colour, etc.), then a nominal restocking fee applies.  This fee varies by item.  In the rare case the return is because of a damaged, not-as-described or defective product, please see our Warranty policy above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation Policy

Our payment gateway charges us approx. 5% + GST.  That means on a Rs 100 order, the payment gateway charges us approx. Rs 5 + GST and sends us less than Rs 95. So if you wish to cancel your unshipped order for which you have made full or partial payment, please call our Customer Support +91 9506650667/8 as soon as possible.  We can either: (1) Refund your payment amount minus a nominal 3% payment gateway fees or (2) Create a Credit Note for the full amount you have paid which you can use anytime for any product within the next 12 months

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to one of our store address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
